As we are all aware, we are in the middle of a situation that we have not faced before. In response to the State of Oregon’s Stay Home, Save Lives executive order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we understand W.G. Wright is categorized as an essential construction business based on the criteria communicated yesterday. Our main goal is to keep our customers and employees safe. This will cause changes on a daily, if not hourly basis. We will do everything we can to keep things as normal as possible, but these are the temporary changes we are making in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
All will-call orders at W.G.W. will be a little different for now, for your safety and ours as well. Starting Monday, March 23, our doors will be locked and all will-calls will be curbside pickups only. Knock on the door if we don’t immediately see you and we will bring your order outside to you.
We are also temporarily eliminating the need to sign for orders. Once your order is picked up, we will sign out for you with the date and time picked up. And, of course, we will be disinfecting our shared spaces in the office frequently.
Our employees will be working staggered shifts, and our sales team is working from home. But we are still at the phones and computers from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., so please contact us with any questions.
Thank you, and please stay safe and be smart.
